Sprinkler clamps & shielding hoods

Tapping clamp for use in sprinkler systems (stationary water extinguishing systems) and general pipework construction. The component enables quick and easy production of outlets on pipes without having to cut them open.

TypeVT-S is designed to supply only one sprinkler head. The component is available for pipe diameters from 1“ (33.7 mm) to 2” (60.3 mm). The outlet sizes are Rp 3/8“ to Rp 1” (pipe thread). The bore diameter on the pipe is a standard 24 +0.5/-0 mm for all outlet sizes. The component is made of cast steel, with a galvanized or red painted surface.

The outlet sizes are Rp 3/4“ and Rp 1” (pipe thread). The bore diameter on the pipe is 30 +0.5/-0 mm or 37 +0.5/-0 mm depending on the component size. The component is made of cast steel, with a galvanized or red painted surface.

Shielding hood for use in sprinkler systems (stationary water extinguishing systems), for high-bay racking systems. The component serves as protection for suspended rack sprinklers to prevent them from cooling each other.

The Standard type is intended for upward shielding. The component has an external diameter of 165 mm and is available for sprinkler heads in the nominal sizes 3/8“, 1/2”, 3/4“ and 1”. The integrated spring lock enables simple installation and safe operation. The component is made of sheet steel with a galvanized surface.
