Pipe prefabrication is the project-related production of completely

The following processing options are available:

- Pipe cutting

The following installation variants are possible:

- Seal and screw in threaded fittings

(e.g. sockets, T-pieces, bends, end caps)

- Install tapping clamps

(e.g. VT-S and VT-E sprinkler clamps, Gr8lok tapping clamps)

- Weld on sleeves

The following surface treatments are available:

- Blasting

- Priming/painting

- Powder coating

- Hot-dip galvanizing

Example of prefabrication of a string line:

Tube 48.3 x 2.6 mm (1½“) length 4.60 m, with roll groove on both sides, with 4 holes ø 24 mm and tapping clamps type VT-S 1-½” x ½” mounted, surface galvanized or primed or powder-coated.
